SoftLogix is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit pages on our product sites without giving us any information about yourself. However; sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this privacy statement explains data collection and use in those situations. This privacy statement applies to all products and services provided by SoftLogix, Inc.

Collection of your Personal Information

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. This information is requested when you are registering for use of free content or when purchasing products or services sold by SoftLogix, Inc. Personal information collected by SoftLogix, Inc. is generally limited to e-mail address and name. For example: If you choose a service or transaction that requires payment, such as making an on-line purchase from a SoftLogix site, PayPal will request personal information necessary for billing, such as: name, address, and credit card number. SoftLogix Inc. does not have access to this credit card information.

Product Registration

We may ask you to register on-line to experience additional content free of charge and so that we can authorize service subscriptions after payment without asking for any additional information.

Use of your email address

We use your email information for the following purposes:

To create a unique key to identify your use of the purchased services
To alert you to product upgrades or updated information as needed during your subscription
To simplify and speed your access to services upon a paid subscription

SoftLogix, Inc. may only disclose your personal information if required to do so by law.

Control of your Personal Information

When you register, or otherwise give us personal information -such as your email address, SoftLogix will not share that information with third parties without your permission.

Use of Cookies

When someone uses a SoftLogix site, a cookie may be placed on the customer's machine (if the customer accepts cookies) in order to assist in the ease of future customer logins.
